Contact
Questions about your videos, credits, billing or a failed generation: reach our team directly. We reply by email from the same inbox we read every day.
Longformly is a personal AI video tool: viral templates you star in with one photo, face swap into ready-made scenes, and current video and image models in one place. Every message on this page reaches our support team, and we reply by email from the same inbox.
How to reach us
Use the form on this page, or email support@longformly.com. Both land in the same inbox. If you have an account, write from the address you sign in with, so we can find your purchases and generations without asking you twice.
What to include so we can help fast
- The email address you used to sign in or to pay at checkout.
- Roughly when it happened (date and time, with your time zone).
- The page or template you were using, for example a template name or the model you picked.
- What you expected to get and what you got instead. A screenshot helps.
Never send us a password or a full card number. We will never ask for them, and card payments go through our payment processor, so we never see your full card number.
Common requests
A refund
Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 10 days. A render that fails for a technical reason gives its credits back automatically, so you do not need to ask for those. Refund policy
Prices, credits and plans
Every generation shows its price in credits before you submit it, and purchased credits never expire. You can cancel a plan at any time from Settings, Billing. Pricing
Content that shows you without your consent
Send a removal request through the takedown form, or email support@longformly.com with "Removal request" in the subject. We act on valid requests within 48 hours. Takedown form
Your data, or deleting your account
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can delete your account yourself under Settings, Security, while signed in. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the address on the account. Privacy policy Account security settings
